This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. It has no forms. Its fonts are hosted with the site itself, so no font provider sees your visit.

Hosting

The site is served by Cloudflare. To deliver and protect it, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address and browser details, as described in Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not use this information to identify or track you.

If you email us

If you write to us, we use your name, email address and whatever you choose to include only to reply and to discuss the work you have asked about. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Our email is hosted by Google Workspace, which processes it on our behalf under Google's Cloud Data Processing Addendum.

We keep this correspondence for 12 months, then delete it unless it has become part of a contract with you.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

• access the personal information we hold about you;
• have it corrected if it is wrong;
• have it erased;
• restrict or object to how we use it;
• receive it in a portable format.

To use any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will reply within one month.

You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would welcome the chance to put things right first.
